How much does it cost?
Caregivers set their own wages and careseekers are able to filter by price to find the right fit for them.
What's your vetting process?
We vet all caregivers before making them visible to careseekers on our platform. We require all caregivers to provide evidence of their credentials, as well as a criminal record check that is no more than three months old.
Can I hire someone on a regular basis?
Yes. You can choose whether you want to provide singular opportunities or contracts to have the same caregiver work the same shift(s) regularly.
How do I find the right match?
Fill out your profile and add all the important details you want other people to know. Once you see a potential match, you can begin messaging through the app to get to know each other and ask any questions before coming to an agreement.
How does payment work?
All payment occurs centrally through the app. Once a service is completed, the caregiver will report their hours worked. Then, the careseeker will confirm the hours and pay through the app with a credit card. The caregiver will receive payment through direct deposit within 24 hours.
