We are committed to improving the accessibility our platform in order to further support everyone's ability to easily and safely access home care.  

For Caregivers and Careseekers with Disabilities

Cashless payment. Alto uses a third party payment service called Stripe to simplify the payment process and eliminate the need for either party to handle cash or worry about precise payment details. Once a credit card or bank account has been attached, you are good to go.

Upfront pricing lets caregivers have access to hourly rates before they request a booking. This eases some stress that comes along with the costs of home care, as well as helps eliminate the risk of being taken advantage of financially.

On-demand care makes it easy for people of all abilities to access affordable and safe home care.

For those who are blind or low vision

We are happy to help anyone who is blind or low vision search for care. Please give us a call and we will work with you to navigate Alto and get care.
