    Step 3: Submit a booking request. Once it has been accepted, you can start messaging your caregiver to ask questions or provide additional information.

    Step 2: Fill out your profile with your personal information, photo ID, a Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector, your CPR & First Aid, and relevant credentials. If everything looks good, we’ll approve you within 24 hours.

    Step 3: Accept work and get paid!

  • It is completely free to sign up. Caregivers set their own wages and careseekers are able to filter by price range to find the right fit for them.

  • Before any caregiver can be booked through our platform, they have to undergo our vetting process. The minimum requirements are a recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector, government issued photo identification, and CPR & First Aid certification. To receive a Home Support Worker badge, a caregiver will have had to provide documentation of their post-secondary education in home support (ie, Personal Support, Continuing Care, Disability Support, Home Care)

  • Care Profiles are filled out by careseekers to tell the caregiver what kind of care is needed and who the care is for. Bookings cannot be made without a care profile.

  • Yes. You can book a caregiver for one time only or make multiple bookings with them to have the same caregiver come regularly.

  • Use the filters to find someone in your price range and then browse caregivers profiles to find someone who suits you and your needs. Each caregiver fills out a bio so you can get to know them. If you think you’ve found the right match, submit a booking request. From there, you will be able to ask any questions you have.

  • All payment occurs through our platform with the help of Stripe, a secure third party payment processor. Careseekers will pay via credit card and caregivers will receive payment via direct deposit.

  • In certain circumstances home care services may be tax deductible. Check with your tax advisor or Revenue Canada to determine if you qualify.

  • All bookings must be a minimum of one hour in length. However, caregivers may use their discretion when accepting bookings and some may prefer longer bookings.
